The Austin Museum of Art will be featuring the work of Christo and Jean-Claude; two artists who have captured the world's imagination with their huge public works including the recent "Gates of New York" project.

James Housefield, Adjunct Curator
"They're as Photo: decorated vasesclose as anyone can come today in the art world to being household names."

Dana Friis-Hansen , AMOA Executive Director
"One of the most interesting things about them working in the landscape is the way that they for a short period of time focused energy onto a particular type of landform whether it is the rolling hills of California or the rice patties of Japan or the serpentine gates of Central Park."
