 Salutes Central Texas Child Care Providers
 Connie Pecina began offering child care in her home 17 years ago when her own children were small. She wanted to stay at home with her children, so Connie and her husband decided to open their home for infants and toddlers. Her environment is developmentally appropriate, warm and nurturing. She provides a language-rich home away from home and she builds vocabulary with the children, talking about everything they do and asking questions. Congratulations to Connie Pecina for being selected as an outstanding caregiver in Central Texas.
