Anacacho Orchid (Bauhinia congesta)

Anacacho orchid is a beautiful spring blooming accent tree that continues to open its orchid-shaped pale pink flowers throughout the season. At maturity, it is 8-12' high and 6-12' wide, great for small spaces or to highlight a corner of the garden.

It's extremely tough and very waterwise once established. With just a little bit of soil preparation, it will find itself at home in well-drained soil. It likes good sunlight. It will tolerate partial shade but doesn't bloom as well.
