Transplant roses, trees, and shrubs. We are going to be warming up very quickly, so you do need to go ahead and get those trees or shrubs moved. If the trees are larger, wait until next fall and consider root pruning them and then moving them next winter.
Plant roses, trees, shrubs.
Prune and fertilize roses.
Avoid digging up frozen plants just yet. Give them time to see if they come back. Do not prune damaged growth from cycads or citrus.
Replant cool weather vegetables that froze.
