KLRU Announces New Board Members
Austin, TX -- The Board of Directors of KLRU-TV, Austin PBS, has elected officers for 2007-2008 and eight new board members.
The KLRU Board elected the following officers:
Vito Carbone, Chair -- Sr. VP & Regional Manager, Wells Fargo Bank
Tom Green, Chair-elect – Actor/investor, and former General Counsel of Dell
Berry Crowley, Secretary -- Major Lindsey & Africa
James Flieller, CPA, Treasurer -- Flieller, Kruger & Skelton, LLP.
The newly elected members of the KLRU Board are:
Hannah Calvert, Director, Public Strategies, Inc.
Bill Cryer, Executive Counsel for Public Affairs, Samsung Austin Semiconductor
Hector De Leon, De Leon, Boggins & Icenogle, P.C.
Terri E. Givens, Vice Provost for the Undergraduate Studies and International Programs, The University of Texas at Austin
Dale Linebarger, Entrepreneur and Attorney
Brad Schlosser, Schlosser Development
Martha E. Smiley, Winstead Attorneys
Trisa Thompson, VP, Legal Americas, Dell Inc.
KLRU officers serve one year terms. KLRU Board members serve three year terms and may serve no more than two consecutive terms.
